Test and Balance Journeyman, HVAC

**Overview**

ABM is seeking a skilled **Journeyman Test and Balance Technician** to support testing, adjusting, and balancing operations at a semiconductor and chemical manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for maintaining proper system and equipment balance during new installations, equipment modifications, and de-installation of process equipment.

The Journeyman Test and Balance Technician will work independently and alongside other experienced technicians to ensure air systems meet operational requirements, customer expectations, and ABM safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot system performance issues in a highly regulated industrial environment.
