Position Overview
As a Divisional Wealth Management Consultant at Capital Group, you will drive sales as part of a Territory Team, working with up to three Wealth Management Consultants in a specific geographic area. Your role involves educating, training, and motivating financial advisors from all channels to increase sales within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage financial advisors in person (approximately 75% of the time) and virtually (25%).
- Deliver individual, small group, and investor‑based presentations.
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunities for improved investor outcomes.
- Maintain a business‑owner mindset, setting goals and measuring performance against them.
- Use technology to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.).
