Territory Sales Officer - UFS

Role Purpose
+ Drive sales and distribution of UFS products in assigned territory.
+ Build strong relationships with hospitality clients (chefs, purchase managers, owners).
+ Manage distributors to ensure smooth operations, ROI, and compliance.



Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution
+ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
+ Conduct daily market visits to HoReCa clients.
+ Expand product penetration and menu placements.



Distributor Management
+ Oversee stocks, billing, hygiene, and inventory.
+ Ensure ROI calculations and secondary sales tracking.
+ Monitor distributor sales team performance and take corrective actions.



Business Development
+ Identify new HoReCa accounts and onboard them.
+ Negotiate with clients and distributors to secure business.
