Territory Sales Manager, Western Canada (Calgary) This role is based in Calgary and covers southern Alberta, southern Saskatchewan, and eastern Kootenays in British Columbia, requiring 50% travel and 20% overnight stays. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and has no direct reports.
Responsibilities
Maintain and expand ROCKWOOL’s presence as a major supplier of insulation to commercial and residential markets.
Increase demand and solicit orders for products while staying aware of local competitive conditions.
Conduct demonstrations and product knowledge sessions with distributors, box store staff, LBM staff, specialty distributors, installers, general contractors, and builders.
Drive profitable growth within the assigned sales region.
Assume full responsibility for sales volume, revenue, and margin targets in the region.
Cultivate relationships with colleagues, customers, and key stakeholders.
