Your main responsibilities
The Territory Operations Manager - Modernization will provide management of the company’s operational activities
and functions relating to the modernization of existing elevators as well as partner with the Modernization Sales
team on all on portfolio and off portfolio sales opportunities within an assigned geographic span. Work will be
fulfilled in a manner that achieves customer satisfaction as well as the strategic business objectives of the territory.
• Develop and execute a business plan in support of the territory’s financial and non-financial objectives and
support the implementation of territory Mod. operations initiatives.
• Build and recommend an operational budget and manage expenditures within approved specifications for time
