Work for a global FMCG company with trusted brands. Join our Field Sales team as a Territory Manager based in the wider Wellington & Palmerston North area, driving sales growth and profitability by executing promotional plans and shopper activations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the Bluebird promotional program in key stores: New World, Pak ’n Save, Four Square, Woolworths, Fresh Choice, Kmart, TWL & Gilmours.
- Build strong relationships at multiple levels within stores in the region.
- Negotiate displays in store to deliver the quarterly/annual sales budget.
- Execute NPD and Big‑Bet activation plans in all stores as per monthly commercial priorities.
- Monthly analyze Dunnhumby data to assess performance, trends, and identify growth opportunities in the region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with field‑sales experience.
