The Territory Business Manager is the leading contributor in the sales revenue generating stream of Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation, responsible for creating and maintaining an increasing and loyal customer base through active selling and establishing sustainable partnerships with Agri-Centers, Agri-posts and Farm Accounts. The role translates continuous market share within a specified territory and ensures the maintenance of credit terms within acceptable corporate standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Market Potential

Continuously conduct market reading to update Pilmico's position at the traditional channel and be able to immediately spot and feedback changes/shifts in market trends that may affect the business.
