Territory Associate Relations Manager (Houston & Dallas)

**Position Purpose:**
The Regional Associate Relations manager (RARM) is responsible for executing the strategy for promoting fair and consistent employment practices. The RARM ensures a positive associate relations environment to enhance overall performance in driving customer service and sales. The RARM reports to the Division Director of Associate Relations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provides direction to RVP, RHRD, and other regional leaders on labor and employment trends and associate relations needs to ensure creation and maintenance of a positive associate relations environment
+ Provides guidance to regional leaders on the interpretation and consistent application of Company policies, programs and initiatives
+ Analyzes regional/district/store data to identify AR activity/trends; develops, executes and follows up on AR action plans to ensure fair and consistent application of Company policies and practices
