Job Scope
- Plan and supervise day-to-day inbound & outbound admin/operations activities to deliver all the required targets.
- Plan and execute daily resources to ensure KPI is not compromised.
- Assist staffs to resolve all booking/operations challenges/issues.
- Train all admin/operations staffs adequately and maintain all relevant records.
- Check team conformance to all HSE, Security, 5S and quality standards.
- Check team compliance to system processes or customer’s specified requirement
- Escalate to Manager/Operations Executive on any non-conformance and execute assigned remedy actions to resolve this non-conformance
- Perform all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support and execute all system testing/upgrade activities with internal and/or external stakeholders.
