About the Role:
The Tennis Shop Supervisor supports the daily operations of the tennis shop and facility, ensuring a high level of service for members and guests. This role combines retail operations, administrative responsibilities, and front-line customer service to create a welcoming and efficient tennis environment.
Retail & Shop Operations
+ Perform daily shop attendant duties, including restocking drinks, snacks, and retail merchandise
+ Operate the retail point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
+ Receive and process incoming merchandise (hard goods), maintain inventory, and handle special orders
+ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the shop
+ Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages, in accordance with club policies and local regulations
