3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer/Maintenance Operative Job Purpose To provide a professional, customer-focused reception and administrative service across Corby Enterprise Centre and Corby Innovation Hub. The postholder will be responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of both centres, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring high standards of administration, customer service, and facilities support. Key Responsibilities Reception and Customer Service Meet and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Respond to enquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments, meeting rooms, or tenants. Answer incoming telephone calls and manage general enquiries effectively.
