Tenant Experience Concierge & Community Host

Cove Singapore is seeking a Tenant Experience Executive to deliver warm, concierge-style service to Coveys. You will manage welcoming check-ins (especially weekends), address general issues to improve comfort, and act as a liaison between Coveys, maintenance, and contractors.

You’ll plan community events, resolve conflicts, monitor wellbeing, and ensure units stay well maintained and tidy. A diploma plus 2 years of customer-facing experience and strong English are essential; hospitality/start-up
