This role involves the effective delivery of end-to-end tenancy processes and providing a high-quality tenancy management service by ensuring the needs of residents are met throughout their tenancies.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience of working in social housing.
• A proven track record in the delivery of high-quality housing services to customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, report writing, organisational, negotiation, I.T. and customer service skills.
