Trust House (THL) is a community owned company based in Masterton. The company operates a range of hospitality businesses across Wairarapa, Pahiatua and Flaxmere and owns and manages nearly 500 rental houses across its footprint, providing homes to those in the local community who need them most.

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, tenant-focused Tenancy Manager to ensure the smooth day to day management of rental properties. It’s less about knowing tenancy inside out and more about working with people, finding solutions and running an efficient, well‑managed service that enhances tenant wellbeing and focuses on maintaining long term tenancies.
