**Location** : TN, KS, WI or IL strongly preferred.
**Facility** : Ascension Living facilities- Travel will be required to sites in those areas (up to 80%). No more than 1 day of remote work per week prior to go-live.
**Department** : Change Enablement & Organizational Readiness
**Schedule** : Day shift | Monday- Friday | Will round AM/PM shifts and Weekends, schedule will be flexed to account for these hours | Role ends December 2026
**Salary** : $38.46 - $39.42 (per hour) - No PTO or benefits provided
