Job Responsibilities: 1. IT Support (Basic)
- Provide first-level support for Windows-based systems (e.g., login issues, basic troubleshooting, software installation).
- Assist users with common IT-related queries and escalate more complex issues where necessary.
- Support setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
- Ensure systems are updated with necessary patches and basic security practices.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including laptops, accessories, and equipment loans.
- Assist in updating and managing asset inventory lists.
- Perform basic asset checking, verification, and reconciliation.
- Support asset labelling and tagging for tracking and audit purposes.
