Temporary homecare advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and the veterans we serve. You will be responsible for delivering essential Veterans Affairs (VA) medical products directly to patients’ homes, ensuring they are comfortable with their equipment, and providing critical education on the safe operation of home oxygen therapies. You will handle all administrative tasks and processes related to patients, perform monthly follow‑ups, manage the existing customer base, and support new customer acquisition. Activities include managing titration downloads, setting appointments for routines, home sleep studies, Cpap, and confirming deliveries.

You will ensure timely delivery and connection of equipment, advise customers on all aspects of our products, and conduct training courses including demonstrations of diagnostic tools and equipment. Routine visits must be completed within the month, manage...
