As a temporary Groundskeeper, you will report to the Facilities Manager and take pride in maintaining the grounds, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and well-kept. Responsibilities include managing lawns, shrubs, and flower beds while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety of common areas and compliance with regulations
• Maintain lawns, trees, and flower beds through pruning and mowing
• Move furniture and equipment, including clearing vacant suites
• Conduct snow removal and control during winter months
• Deliver and post notices for residents as required
Requirements:
• Experience in outdoor manual labor preferred
