Temporary Change Management Readiness Specialist

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL

**Facility:** Ascension Jacksonville Hospitals and facilities- Travel will be required to sites in those areas (up to 80%). No more than 1 day of remote work per week prior to go-live.

**Department:** Change Enablement & Organizational Readiness

**Schedule:** Day shift | Monday- Friday | Will round AM/PM shifts and Weekends, schedule will be flexed to account for these hours | Role ends December 2026

**Salary:** $38.46 - $39.42 (per hour) - No PTO or benefits provided
