Temp Training Operations Coordinator

National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in Singapore is seeking a temporary staff to assist the Staff Training team at the Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute. The role supports end-to-end training operations, room setup, logistics, and on-site programme support.

You will manage participant administration, maintain training records, assist with invoice processing and issue Certificates of Completion, and handle ad-hoc coordination tasks.
