What the role is:
The incumbent will support the People & Culture Group (PCG), Business Partnership Teams – NRF and S TPPO, in enhancing HR operations and staff initiatives. We are looking for self‑motivated individuals who value teamwork, to join our dynamic BP team.
What you will be working on:- Manage administrative processes in HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, movements, deployments, exits). This also includes liaising with Vital on employee record creation and management;
- Manage the internship programme, including coordinating with hiring departments on internship requirements, recruitment and processing internship documentation and administrative matters;
- Plan, coordinate and implement staff engagement initiatives;
- Assist the BP team in the planning of staff events (i.e. including planning, logistical arrangement, communications etc);
