• Address taxpayers' tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax and Property Tax via Helpline, Live chat, or Walk-ins
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advice on filing and payment obligations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates without tax experience or customer service are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• GCE A Level and above strictly
