Job Overview
6‑month outsourced contract.
Salary: up to $2,800.
Location: Ang Mo Kio.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Job Responsibilities
- Primarily focus on admin support, oversee daily tasking activities, event organization, town halls, retreats, deck preparation work, etc.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Administration or related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Assist in preparing presentation slides.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure with hands‑on attitude.
