Telesales Specialist (Lending)

The role involves contacting potential and existing clients via phone to offer and explain financing products, assist with loan applications, and close sales. Ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact leads and existing customers through outbound calls.
• Explain Cash-Express products in a clear and professional manner.
• Answer questions related to loan terms, requirements, interest rates, and application processes.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure required documents are completed and submitted.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Handle objections and complaints in a calm and confident manner.
• Stay updated on company offerings, financing guidelines, and market trends.

Salary: 18k to 20k plus monthly incentives
