Telesales Executive

We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Agent to drive customer acquisition and revenue. You will engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and convert conversations into successful sales while ensuring a high-quality and compliant customer experience. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products, offers, and campaigns. Convert leads into customers through effective pitching and objection handling. Clearly explain fintech products (wallets, deposits, withdrawals) and iGaming offerings (bonuses, gameplay, account setup). Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and existing customer base. Identify and engage high-value/VIP customers, providing personalized service and offers to drive retention and repeat activity.
