Telesales Executive

Job Description:

• Manage incoming leads from online platforms, social media, and the company website.

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry products.

• Share product information, pricing, and ongoing offers with potential customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in Zoho CRM, SAP, and other systems.

• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Assist customers with order tracking, payment coordination, and after-sales support.

• Stay updated on jewelry trends and new collections.
