Telesales Executive

Overview of the role As a Telesales Executive, you will be taking orders from pharmacies as well as developing new accounts and relationships. The role involves a mix of inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling required).Although the role sits in the telesales team, the majority of calls will be to existing customers or warm leads so will not require a high amount of cold calling responsibility. The position would suit someone with previous telesales or customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner.The successful candidate will need to be able to work Monday - Friday, 10.30-6.30 in this role.
