Telesales consultant

Duties & Responsibilities To resolve all queries and enquiries in an effective and efficient manner on a daily basis to ensure overall customer satisfaction. To accurately process and capture all sales orders before cut off times, to ensure customers are satisfied at all times. To effectively communicate with customers and other departments to provide ongoing feedback, to minimise complaints and improve customer satisfaction. To ensure that all administration and reports are actioned in accordance with the role requirements and SOP on a daily basis. To build effective working relationships with customers to improve NPS and CES and support the sustainability of customers. Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business. Desired Experience & Qualification
