Telemarketing Sales Advisor (Part-time) - Foreign OfficesDepartment: Service Center - Latin America RegionReports To: Telemarketing Sales SupervisorNature of WorkThis position renews and extends years of membership to existing members, upgrades them to preferred status, reinstates members whose memberships have become delinquent, and offers Club Interval to non‐existing members (owning timeshares) while providing excellent customer service.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCalls members who need their membership renewed.Calls members who want to upgrade membership or to encourage them to upgrade membership.Calls members whose memberships have become delinquent to reinstate their membership.Meets monthly quota on recent delinquent, renewable, and preferred memberships.Answers members' questions on all Interval International products and services.Provides Telemarketing Supervisor with a daily sales report.Performs other related duties as required.Knowledge, Abilities, and SkillsMust possess ...
