Purpose of the Role

To support our commercial team in outreach and engagement of our customers and consumers, deploying the latest data analytics and segmentation tools.

What You’ll Do

• Engage and build rapport with existing customers to achieve win-win business outcomes.
• Manage and respond promptly to customer enquiries received via the sales hotline, order placement system, and digital channels.
• Follow up on sales orders to ensure they are processed and delivered on time.
• Inform customers of sales promotions, upcoming events, etc.
• Support the field force in following up on outstanding issues and feedback from customers.
• Review and plan relevant target customer lists using data analytics tools for effective sales messaging.
