Reporting to: Head of Sales

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to SMEs to generate appointments for our sales team.
• Engaging decision‑makers such as business owners, IT managers, and office managers.
• Booking qualified appointments and managing follow‑up pipelines.
• Logging activity and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
• Consistently hitting daily and weekly call and booking targets.
