Job Title: Telecommunications Supervisor Location: Philadelphia, PA Note: This is an onsite position Job Description The Telecommunications Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily telecommunications operations, including cabling, PBX/telephony support, VoIP services, telecom room activities, service ticket management, and project support. This role oversees Cable Technicians and PBX/Telephony staff, assigns daily work, prioritizes service requests, manages escalations, and ensures timely completion of telecommunications tasks in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of experience in telecommunications, cabling, low-voltage infrastructure, or IT infrastructure support, along with prior experience supervising technical staff and managing day-to-day operational activities.
