Telecommunications Analyst - Sao Paulo

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Voice Engineer only from Sao Paulo, Brazil and nearby locations. IDT / Net2Phone is seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the Telecommunications Analyst position on our team located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The main focus of this role will be to act as an analyst specialized in the services of a VOIP telephone operator. Our mission is to maintain and grow the Brazil voice network infrastructure that supports the fast-growing Net2Phone UCaaS business. The ideal candidate will have experience in activating, managing and monitoring VOIP telephony systems, with outstanding skills in analyzing VoIP/SIP calls. In addition, advanced knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and SIP signaling is desirable. Responsibilities Maintaining Telecommunications systems and resolving possible occurrences.
