Telecom Service Assurance Solution Architect

CTG is seeking to fill a **Telecom Service Assurance Solution Architect** position for our client in Dallas, TX.

**Location:** Dallas, TX

**Duration:** 7 months

**Duties:**

+ Solution architecture for Service Assurance platforms using IBM Netcool operations Insight, Telco Network Cloud - Performance, and Agile Service Manager.
+ Design and implement scalable architectures leveraging OpenShift container platforms and microservices-based deployments.
+ Integrate AI/ML-driven analytics to enable predictive and automated fault and performance management.
+ Knowledge on OSS integrations with 4G/5G network elements, mediation systems, and performance management tools.
+ Define data models and database structures using PostgreSQL for high availability and performance.
+ Develop technical roadmaps aligning with enterprise digital transformation and AI/Automation initiatives.
