Telecom Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the OPE to identify and document tasks to deliver the project on time and within the budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be the liaison and auditor between the customer system (P2), internal system (OFS), and the documentation provided from the field personnel. Additionally, in conjunction with Area Managers and OPE’s, the Project Coordinator will assist with both internal and external representation for customer requests.
• Review customer database (P2) and internal database (OFS) and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate data is being maintained.
• Work closely with the OPE’s to identify and document tasks and milestones that are required to deliver the project on time and within budget
