Telecom Operations Lead, Fiber & WiFi

Celerity Fiber in Colombia is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the daily service assurance and operational performance of their fiber backbone and managed WiFi services. This role focuses on ensuring SLA compliance and maintaining network stability while leading Service Desk, NOC, and Field Operations teams.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications and have at least 8 years of experience in telecom/network operations, with strong expertise in fiber backbone and managed WiFi ecosystems.
