Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to landowners, brokers, and agents to identify potential land parcels. Explain the company's land acquisition process, requirements, and benefits. Collect and update information related to land size, location, ownership, and pricing. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel. Coordinate with field executives and acquisition managers to schedule site visits and meetings. Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide relevant information. Achieve daily and weekly calling targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
