Key Responsibilities Manage and promptly respond to leads received through the website, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital channels. Contact customers to understand their requirements and explain eChallanPe services. Follow up with customers for challan payments, legal settlements, and service completion. Coordinate with empanelled lawyers and legal partners for challan resolution and settlement. Maintain regular communication with customers until case closure. Update customer interactions, lead status, and case progress in the CRM system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on leads, conversions, collections, and pending cases.
