*Roles & Responsibility* * Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls. * Explain products/services and resolve basic customer queries. * Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers. * Schedule appointments for the sales team. * Update customer information in the CRM/database. * Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. * Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction. * Escalate complex issues to the concerned team. * Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. * Use basic computer applications for daily work.
