Job Objective
The Tele Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing tele-sales operations, driving account acquisition, and managing renewals for all Institutional LCs who bring in client accounts. This position supervises the Tele Sales Team, ensuring effective lead management, customer acquisition, and retention. It also requires close coordination with Institutional and Individual LCs to maximize account openings, renewals, and revenue generation. The role combines sales leadership, team management, operational oversight, and administrative memo and reporting skills to ensure consistent performance, compliance, and process efficiency.
