Junior Recruiter – IT & BPO

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our on‑site recruiting team in Monterrey. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands‑on exposure to IT and BPO hiring while managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job intake to offer stage.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles (Help Desk, Service Desk, IT Support, etc.) and BPO / Call Center roles (customer service, operations, support).
