General Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Educational Leadership, Communications, or related field with at least one (1) year of directly related experience required. Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: adult education and literacy ( AEL ), workforce development, distance or online learning, instructional technology, or digital literacy training. Experience supporting educators, instructors, or training initiatives serving adult learner populations preferred. A combination of education, experience, certifications, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
