Technology Lead – Workflow & Process Automation

About the role

You’ll help transform two mission‑critical platforms by replatforming them onto Flowable—giving the business the speed and flexibility to grow. You’ll design and build BPMN workflows, craft intuitive screens, create custom React components, and shape integrations across pricing, records, ADEPT, risk, and SICS via Azure. You’ll lead by example—setting engineering standards, guiding vendor teams in Zürich and Manila, and driving the adoption of Flowable’s AI capabilities. Responsibilities

• Own workflow design in Flowable—covering BPMN, DMN, and task orchestration—for Underwriting and Middle Office.
• Design screens and build custom React components beyond the native toolkit.
