Technology Lead (Oracle Customer Risk Rating) (Winnipeg)

Overview

As a valued member of our Enterprise Protect technology team, you will help protect the bank and its customers by leading end-to-end technology solution design and implementation for the Oracle-based Customer Risk Rating (CRR) platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Customer Risk Rating module supporting large, complex initiatives and produce detailed system design specifications.
• Create scalable, resilient and secure enhancements for the Oracle-based CRR platform.
• Drive high-quality delivery aligned to enterprise standards, security controls, and operational readiness.
• Partner with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to align solutions to business needs.
• Promote innovation, reusable design patterns and continuous improvement.
