Technology Integrations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching strategy for data flow across retail, finance, and supply chain ecosystems
• Evaluate, select, and manage best‑in‑class micro‑SaaS and middleware solutions like Celigo or Workato
• Lead the strategic modernization of Order Management System (OMS) capabilities
• Ensure technology stack scales with retail expansion, supporting omnichannel fulfillment and inventory logic
• Partner with Finance to ensure NetSuite delivers automated GL mapping and revenue recognition
• Partner with Operations to optimize WMS and Product Lifecycle Management systems
• Manage and mentor a targeted team of individual contributors
• Own relationships, contract negotiations, and SLAs with third‑party software partners
