Responsibilities
- Proactively promote safety priorities and standards.
- Maintain vigilance and bring up workplace safety concerns.
- Proactively supervise the performance of equipment and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Direct the shift equipment team in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of all Fab Support duties and assist in developing the technical skills of your team.
- Focus on pumps, chiller and abatement systems.
- Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift technicians: attendance, staffing, and reviews.
- Serve as the main point of contact between FAB personnel and the Fab Support group regarding production issues.
- Accept responsibility for all equipment, process, and personnel issues during shift.
- Ensure coverage as needed to maintain shift needs.
- Coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities.
