Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
- To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/fixtures for production used.
- Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment, tools and fixtures.
- To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
- Be familiar with the requirements of glue weighing, mixing and stirring, and pass the skill assessment after the training of glue mixing and stirring.
- Master the use of coupling & welding equipment, pass the skill assessment after training.
- Do whatever it takes to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
