Technician (Welder)

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units for commercial, military and business aircraft. This onsite Component Repair position is based at the Seletar Aerospace View facility in Singapore. The role is focused on providing high‑quality TIG welding to refurbish aircraft engine components, supporting cell operations and participating in continuous improvement activities.

• Perform TIG welding to refurbish aircraft engine components in compliance with quality standards.
• Support benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing and cold‑working processes within the cell.
• Attend the EH&S training programmes and maintain adherence to safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (CORE activities).
• Potentially be trained on operating new automation machines.
