Job Description Technician
- Operations and Maintenance of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) in Singapore Changi Airport.
- Respond quickly to faults and obstructions at BHS system.
- Perform daily inspections of BHS system.
- Perform electrical and mechanical servicing during off peak.
- Perform regular and planned service tasks during off peak.
- Perform shift work.
- As and when require to support colleagues to cover their duty to perform over time.
- Support shift engineer when tasks assigned.
- Reports to Shift Engineer on all system-related issues.
- Ensures that the system is operating normally.
- Monitors the system for faults and any other faults in the flow of airport baggage.
- Oversees the technicians in the discharge of their duties.
