Technician (Roadside Assistance) - Automotive - Tai Seng - JL

Working Location: Tai Seng

Working Hours: 24 hours, broken into shifts. Morning Shift: 8am to 7pm (Stand By at company). Night Shift: 7pm to 8am (Stand By at home).

Salary: $3000 - $4000

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and attend to vehicles in distress.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common automotive faults and mechanical issues on-site.
• Perform emergency repairs and temporary fixes to enable vehicles to return to operational status or reach the service centre.
• Conduct routine roadside maintenance tasks including tyre changes, battery replacements, jump starts and fluid top-ups.
• Document all service calls accurately, including fault descriptions, work performed and parts used.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle conditions and customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
